EATING 6 MEALS A DAY FOR METABOLISM...help here plzz?

Wow, there's a lot to answer here...
Eating six meals a day is a good habit to adopt. To figure out an eating schedule, write down on a piece of paper when you wake up in the a.m. and when you go to bed.
Ideally, your first meal should be within one hour of waking. Lunch should be in the middle of breakfast and dinner. Finally, stick your snacks between your main meals. The rule of thumb is to never go more than 3 hours without eating.
If you haven't stopped growing, don't worry too much about how much to eat, just focus on eating high-quality food, namely:
- lean cuts of protein
- lots of high-fiber veggies
- high-fiber fruit
- cut out juice, sports drinks and any other fluid containing sugar.
- add in some nuts and seeds
For people on the go, a good whey protein powder mixed with fruit can help get the nutrition you need without taking a lot of time.
Hope this helps,
Curtis

you don't have to have them equally spread out exactly. Also, eat just enough to hold you over for a couple hours, if you eat frequently you don't need to eat much. The object is not to eat 6 meals the same size that you would eat 3 meals of.
As far as strength training stunting your growth, I think you would have a very difficult time finding credible scientific proof to back that theory but you know, maybe some pro athletes would have gotten taller if they didn't train, I can't say but I am skeptical of that theory.
Weight training doesn't stunt growth if you eat enough to feed your bones and your muscle. I'd suggest 9 meals, not six, and 350-700 calories per meal. If you pick up a copy of muscle and fitness, this month's issue has a whole guide to eating and lifting.
