Blushing problem?

Question:
i tend to blush a lot, especially in social situations. for example, if someone I am intimidated by says something to me- anything, i start to blush. if someone kids and says "you like so and so", even if I don't, I blush. It's getting to be very embarrassing- especially when people ask me about it "whys your face so red" "omigosh you look like a tomatoe" what do i do?

Perhaps you should join a Toastmasters Group.

With more confidence and better presentation skills you will be more successful in the world in general and your blushing problem will become history.
i dont think theres anything you can do.im the same way.I blush alot too.
Sometimes it is just your natural skin-tone (generally hereditary) but I had the same things happen to me growing up and thru my early adult years (no matter how not embarrassed I really felt) and found these "blushings" are a common precursor to Rosacea, so although no big deal now, be aware for later in life to see a dermatologist to make sure your skin is OK. Untreated Rosacea is nasty, treated will be no problem. I have great skin, just like I did in school (not accounting for the embarrassment of not being able to "not blush".
