I have a very strong lisp and hate it.
Is there any excercises or creams or anything that will "cure" it or make it better.

lol. i don't think so. maybe a speech therapist may help. But I am almost 100% sure you can't cure this with creams or ointments.

I don't lisp anymore and that was what my speech therapist had me practice, practice, practice. In a mirror if neccessary.
Creams? I was in speech classes for 3 years to get rid of it.
