I do it on occasion, most often when I am under stress. But sometimes, sleep-walk with out stress in my life and when it occurs like that, I get up the next morning tired an things like my purse, cell phone, car key, and shoes have been moved or are missing. Im starting to scare myself.
Answers:
Soak a towel in water and place it on the floor next to your bed. You will step on the wet towel and wake up.
Put boogie traps haha. like put stuff in front of you bed so it will make a lot of noise so youll wake up.
