Negative Health Affects of Caffeine?


Question:
Over the past few months, i have developed an addiction to caffeine, probably equal to that of an average adult. I drink probably one or two cups of coffee a day. Are there any real health concerns to consuming caffeine daily? Are there any health benefits?

caffine can extract the calcium from bones, sometimes causing a lack of calcium that can lead to osteoperosis
won't ur teeth turn brown or discolored
can cause high blood pressure, anxiety, headaches (with withdrawal)
Caffeine is a naturally addicitive substance, but occurs in many different foods and drinks, including chocolate and tea, besides the obvious coffee and soft drinks. Personally, the only problem I've encountered with consuming caffeinated products is the somewhat falling out a couple hours after. Caffeine isn't unhealthy, but currently, I'm on a caffeine free diet and using exercise in the morning to provide that same rush and increase in energy.
