Dutch for caffeine. Believe it nor not, caffeine is good for headaches. Living in Canada, I can buy, over the counter and without a prescription, the ultimate headache recipe: aspirin, caffeine, and codeine (known up here as "A,C & C"). If you have a headache that this won't kill, you need a doctor.
It could be a mix of caffeine and paracetamol which used to be common in the UK in tablet form, or it could be the stronger caffeinine, heavily refined. Some tablet caffeinine is often considered to be as strong a painkiller as codeine sulphate or Dihydrocodeine , but only on prescription in the UK and not generally prescribed now, I have had one script years ago, the painkiller effects were good but not the insomnia or the racing heartbeat
