Can people stop from snoring, drooling, or talking in their sleep?

Question:
If so...How would they do it?

Answers:
Regarding the cause of the ativities you mention occuring whilst sleeping, this is usually due to excessive brain activity, which is often stimulated by drinking coffee or alcohol late at night, or, even more often, due to eating late (especially a high-protein meal late at night, such as cheese, meat or fish- protein stimulates brain activity). These activities can also be the result of stress or worry. The best answer to the latter is to focus on something positive and relaxing just before you sleep. For example, reading from Psalms in the Bible usually does the trick. Do both (i.e. avoid the wrong food/drink and meditate on Psalms), and I'm sure everything would should be covered. I hope this helps. Warm wishes from the shepherd :-)
