I am TIRED.. but I can NOT fall asleep . [HELP]?

Well, they say lots of exercise is good. I have a similiar problem and sometimes it depends on my mindset because I usually have a lot of trouble getting thoughts out of my mind. But a little bit before I go to bed, I drink this herbal tea that is supposed to relax you more. There is the Celestial Seasons Sleepy Time or the Bigalow Tea Sweet Dreams. I have found the Sweet Dreams to be pretty relaxing. I don't know how you feel about tea, but I'd be willing to do just about anything before I got hooked on sleeping pills. Also, try going to bed earlier like 9-10 and wake up around 7-10. They say there's a chemical in WARM milk as well as turkey that makes you sleepy. Good luck!!
Go out & buy some sleeping pills.
Or watch tv until you get sleepy.
Or excercise an extreme amount,maybe you'll be tired enough to sleep after that.
Get that tylenol p.m. liquid stuff. My husband and I take it all the time when we are having a hard time falling asleep as there are no dependancies associated with it.
well I think its too late now. Get yourself some sleeping pills. but what I do before I go to bed is take a really hot shower or bath, or if I do not have enough time to do so I put a very warm washclothes on my forehead and im usually out in about 10 minutes. GOODNIGHT! =]
i got an idea come here were i am then it will only be 5:55 pm and then you will have more time to sleep
Melatonoin is also a way to go. It is natural, and you can get it at health stores, GNC, etc.
For right now, drink a glass of milk and relax. Tomorrow, buy some Melatonin.
well i cant help ya i just foudn the question and i dont think 6 days later can help lol... but next tiem ya might want to try somthing relazing , i have trouble sleeping myself but ii am thinking that you are in the military due to the fasct of the military time mentioned so if so you may just be really stressed good luck
