i dont know how to treat them sorry. but to avoid getting it again dont let the ice cream or cold food touch the roof of your mouth thats what causes brain freezes.
Squeeze your eyes shut really tight and pull your hair yelling "brain freeze, brain freeze" until it goes away. Works for me.
I usually rub my head hard with the butt of my palm and create friction on my forehead
press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. it warms up the nerve that's gotten too cold
Drink warm water
Eat something cold as fast as you can, i know it sounds weird but do it, trust me it gets rid of the brainfreeze like that (snap)
