What is that grinding sound that I hear when I turn my neck?

Question: If I lay wrong, my neck hurts, and every 6 months I get a stiff neck.

I think you didn't swallow the little blue pill quick enough, hence the stiff neck. Either that or arthritis which can strike at any age.
