SLEEP!
if you feel abnormaly tired the first thing to check is your iron levels...you may be anemic...and to treat this you will need iron tablets...other things are..
lack of sleep
lack of vitamins
too much stress
not enough excercise
not getting REM sleep
waking tired is a sign of that..
eating healthy foods..plenty of water
You need to find out why your tired. Are you not getting enough sleep? Are you doing any kind of physical activity during the day? If you are healthy and workout and get plenty of sleep and are still tired, you might be going through with some depression. Any stress in your life. Go to your doctor and see if there is any chemical imbalances. Everyone gets tired, just find out why and do something about it. hope this helps.

Before doing anything, check with your doctor and tell him/her. You can get a complete physical including blood work and be asked questions about your diet.

After everything is evaluated, the doctor will tell you what you need to do.

Good luck
