Question:
today i woke up at 6:15 cause it was school orientation and orientation started at 8 and so i woke up at 6 and my friend picked me up at 7:45 and right now its 7:22 pm and i came back from the orientation at like 11 thirty. i cannot take a nap cause tomorrow i have to wake up at 6 again just to get to used to waking up at that time cause school starts Wednesday and i want to stay awake so i can fall asleep at like 10 or 9. i am only elveen so no pills or anything. and i just went to the pool and i was there for 2 hours swimming the whole time for the 2 hours. i only got out for like 5m minutes to call my parents and sister but thats all. how can i stay awake besides pills and not going outside. something i can do outside. i was lying on my bed earlier and i was about to fall asleep but i wouldn't let myself and last night i went to bed at 1 in the morning and woke up at 4 in the morning and then fell back asleep right away then woke up at 5:20 and then didn't fall asleep until 5:30.

Always have loud, fast, music playing! Something you can dance to. That always helps me wake up in the morning. I know it's hard to wake up early, but I'm in high school and last year I went to bed almost every night past 12:00 and woke up at 5:00. Get every minute of sleep you can! If you deprive yourself of sleep it is unhealthy.
You are doing it. Just find a chat room or something. Get up and walk around every so often to keep the blood pumping, too.
