i am 31 and have smoked since i was 18. Yesterday my doctor told me that i am developing emphysema. At 31. plus in michigan a pack of smokes runs more than 5 bucks. At my present salary my smoking uses 20% of my after tax income.

I have a giant hole in my neck now.

I have emphyzeme,my left lung has collasped on me twice. Since my lung has collasped twice I have what they call bleebs that bust on me all the time and it is painful. Bleebs are little air pockets that are at the top of your lungs. I give out of breath easily, fatigue I have alot(stay tired). when these bleebs pop it feels as if I am having a heart attack. When I do things I have to do a little at a time. I wish I could get a lung transplant. I fear that I'm going to die because of this. They say my lung collasped due to spontanase something another
