It sounds like you're looking for something to calm your stomach (not advise on how to avoid it in the future, like the others were saying).
Try some Ginger, Peppermint Oil, or Aloe Vera. They are very good stomach soothers. If you only have some spices (like ginger powder), mix some of it (around a quarter teaspoon or so) in a little luke-warm water (half cup is more than enough) and swallow the water.
It should help within 10-20 minutes if it's general stomach upset... but if it's food poisoning or an allergy, it won't help (with a food poisoning, you just have to let it pass... an allergy may respond to Benedryl).

Drink plenty of water if you can get it down. Sounds like you have food poisoning and nothing you can do about that except wait until the sickness and/or diarroea is over with.
The Pepto ought to be enough to do the trick. If you have problems with spicy foods, try taking an antacid or a product like Pepcid AC or Zantac about an hour before you eat it.
the hot pepper or a bug might be the cause..avoid them later..if you GO to toilet and cannot take it out good it means you have a pepper problem..but if you go and pass watery stools more than 6 times then take anti diarrheal lopamide or racecadotril 100 mgm every 6 hrly till it stops and if more take antibiotics..first take lots of water,fruit juices tomato,anti nausea medicines,domperidone 10 mg to avoid vomitting..go to dr imm if not well...
