Seizure or not?


Question:
i have been having light fainting episodes sometimes actually not passing out but so sick that i cant hold my head up i feelsick at my stomach an i cant even strighten up it feels as though all my energy is gone i am ususlly completely still as i cant move I hear everyone but cant say any thing cause im just so sick well been to the dr. he thinks its either seizures or panic attacts namely streerelated he says my self i dont kno but even when im not stress out i have thm pls help mewith this matter if any of you have the same thing happening to you
