it came out of both my mouth and nose simultaneously. then i blew my nose and more came out..

Your nose and your mouth are connected through your sinuses. It's nothing to worry about, just blow it out and you'll be fine.

Because your sinus is connected to your mouth way in the back of your throat.
It's OK sometimes things will come up that way. Sometimes you may accidentally cough on a piece of food and it will pop out your nose or you might sniff a bug up your nose and end up swallowing it!

Its just vomit that flew up your throat into your nasal cavity into your nose.

You just threw up so much it overflowed. It's OK. That happens to most people at least once in their life. Just blow your nose, and use some nasal spray if you have it, to clear out the throw up.

It's normal. You just had so much force behind your puke it couldn't come out your mouth fast enough. It had to go somewhere!

It is completely disgusting but unfortunately for me, it happens nearly every single time I get sick. It's one of the things in life I've resigned myself to. It's normal for some people. It just makes me get sick all over again though. It's nasty.
Happened to me alot while pregnant. Its not the best feeling in the world, but your fine. nose and mouth or kind of connected, that why you can kind of taste some smells... if that doesnt sound too silly? Nothing to worry about
It's quite simple. The back of your nasal cavity is connected to the back of your mouth through a common "tube". This is why you can breathe through either your nose or your mouth, and you can drink through your nose or your mouth - not that you'd want to drink through your nose. However, in the hospital, when they have to feed you through a tube, they will almost always put the tube into your nose and down into your stomach to do it.
Next time, remember to open wide when you barf - then it will all come out of your mouth! (Not a very pleasant experience either way!)
