Depends what kind of stress you are having. Mental Stress can be relieved with exercise or music. Music helps me a lot. Reading is also supposedly a popular mental stress reliever.
If you are having physical stress, perhaps a doctor or an instrument that massages the specific part of you that aches/is sore.
Also, do you have a wife/husband, or girlfriend/boyfriend? Talk to them. If they make you feel good or happy, that's always one of the best.
No offence but in my opinion stress is a waste of time...however if you are stressed you can use something to take your anger out on (soft things) but I'm afraid I don't know any herbal remedies
Valerian root or, for a more illegal stress reliever, valium.
