Does testicular cancer/tumors hurt?

Question:
And do they kind of stretch the testicle down somewhat? Thanks.

Answers:
They can, but No - they do not necessarily hurt. Sometimes the symptoms are competely silent. Many things can cause pain, something as simple as a hernia.

My ex had a bladder infection, and upon examination they thought they had found an infected sperm duct. They went in surgically and found testicular cancer. Fortunately it is very curable., and it has been probably 15 years since the surgery. He still has to have annual checkups, but very few worries.

If you have a question about it, DO see your doctor. It may be nothing, but if it is you can adress it right away and have a better chance of good outcome, potential cure, and healthy life. Good Luck and Good Health!
id imagine so
It'll feel like a lump on your testicle. Go see a doctor. If you aren't that familiar with your testicales, keep in mind that there is plumbing down there that should not be misinterpreted as a tumor, so don't flip out if you think I identified a lump. Go get yourself checked to be sure and have your docotr explain to you how to do a self exam.
