I'd suggest switching to a diet that is rich in whole grains (eliminate processed grains), leafy green vegetables and low in saturated fats. This along with the previous suggesstion of trying a yougurt with pro-biotics might be all you need to rid yourself of your problem. ?If this does not work, I'd suggest seeing a GI doctor.
