Try a detox diet. Eat a lot of fiber prunes clean veggies like cucumbers spinach etc. Stay away from starches and pastries for a few days your body needs carbs but if you only eat natural stuff like cracked wheat and flax its not as bad. As modern people everything we ingest has chemicals in it. They give us diseases, Our bodies aren't meant to ingest all of the chemicals starches and man made stuff that we eat on a daily basis go vegetarian for a week or something. You can also buy kits of detox herbs Green tea and CLA are often some of them . I swear by CLA I love that stuff. look it up ask a health food professional not just some kid working in the vitamin store you want somebody who's taken a course and knows what the herbs are and they're proper function in relation to the body.
nope. eat fiber.
The best answer is to eat porridge which absorbs a lot of the bad things and acts to promote bowel movement.
You could getting a really long brush to stick down there, unless your up for a colonic, which will still give you diarrhea. Also pro-biotic yogurt is supposed to help.
