Longest you've gone without sleep?

about 3 days. I was in labor for 20 hours and after I had my baby, I did not want to sleep for the first few days.
like 20 hours i believe.

About 28 hours, don't recommend it though.

I've gone 68hrs when I had a bad stomach infection. A friend of mine did 72 hours for a charity event. He slept for 24hrs straight afterwards, it was scary.

Its difficult to keep any concentration after 2 days, and you get speckled vision.

Its a stupid thing to do, to deliberatly go without sleep. It can mess up you brain permanently. Don't even think about it.
