I get so stressed and dont know how to cope?

Stress can often be overwhelming and there are many ways to deal with it. The first of which is simply take a deep breath, write down everything that's bothering you each problem on a separate piece of paper. This will help you prioritize what is on your mind. Then for each problem write down ways you could solve/help or avoid the problem. By doing this you're acknowledging the issues in your life but also trying to find a way to deal with them.
Sometimes a problem can seem really big until you look at it in black and white. Find a friend who can help you work through things with you and bounce ideas off. And at the end of the day as silly as it sounds put all of the papers in a folder and promise yourself you won't worry about it until the next day. You'll find that as you work through each problem there is a satisfaction in being able to throw away a problem/paper.
I'm truly sorry for the loss you suffered it will take time but you will find a way to look back with pleasant memories.

Sounds like you might need some medical attention. A doctor can help you find an antidepressant that works well for you. Exercise reduces stress, as does talking to a close friend or clergy member. Try to eat well, and take a mutivitamin every day. Hope you feel better soon!
