Ive had a headache all day long. I haven't drank Coke Light for a couple days because I want to stop drinking.

Yep, most likely caffeine withdrawals. I had this bad headache yesterday, even Advil didn't completely take it away, but I got an iced latte and it went away and I felt like I had come alive again.
