It depends, if you just hit your fingers and they are bleeding, its like the same as getting a bruise so it isn't that bad. But, if they are just bleeding for no reason, then I think there is something wrong. You should seek professional treatment if thats the reason.

yes, it is worry some but not bad. About 2 months ago I slammed my finger in a car door and it was bleeding a lot under the finger nail. Currently I have only a half of a nail on that finger, the old nail died. There is not much you can do for a nail like that just keep it clean and put some antibiotic ointment on it. When there was still blood under my nail I took a needle (I burned it first to clean it) then poke the nail and it bleed. When the new nail starts to grow back and you can see it you should get the old nail off of there with fingernail clippers. Also when the nail is growing out keep it trimmed. Good luck and I know it hurts real bad now but it will get better.
