Grow taller?

Question:
I'm 6 foot 0, weigh 160 pounds, my parents are both 5 foot 5 (five foot five). I drink 3 cups of milk a day and eat natural foods. I'm male and just turned 17 years old. I also jog. How can I grow taller to my maximum potential?

Answers:
Eat properly, especially protein.
cant do anything your as tall as you are.period----
Either you will or you won't. If you already have been shaving for at least a year you are probably done or almost done growing. If you haven't needed to shave yet you have some growing to do
You're already really tall! And you can't make yourself taller. Either you're finished growing, or you have to be patient.
I'm about ur height and weight too and even the same age. Just keep doing what your doing, and avoid lifting weights and drinking coffee. Both of them stunt your growth.
Wow! You sound a lot like my nephew! He's about 6'3" and only 18 and pretty skinny! Why do you want to grow taller? Are you trying out for professional basketball? At 17, you will still keep growing but not for much longer! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll keep sprouting up!
Nothing you can take to make u taller. That is set in stone when you get the genes from birth. Dont worry about taking calcium or drinking milk etc.

What you are asking is how can a guy who can run 100m in 15sec get to run it in 11 or so. It is something that only genetics can decide. The guy who can run it in 15 may only be able to run it 13.5 with training and technique etc for its best.
