Sometimes I feel rlly ill when i wake up...?

Question:
My eyes are sore, and when i poke them they squeak, and my mouth is dreadfully sticky and dry... is this just a part of getting older or is there something i can achieve by altering my diet etc.?

Answers:
Sounds to me like you don't drink enough NON dehydrating liquids. Try to reduce your intake of coffee, tea, soda and alcohol and increase your intake of water, and if you don't like water then fruit and/or vegetable juices. The best before bed however would be a large glass of water.

Hope this helps.
A couple of minutes in the juicer should sort you out.
Sounds like a hangover!
Sorry, I don't know what to tell you other than see a doctor.
Just looking at your picture tells me you have a problem,go to the doctor.
maybe your eyes are sore because you are poking them every morning.
drink more water, you're drying out
Get out more! You'd be amazed at the difference it makes when you take exercise.
sounds as if your diet is bad and you are not drinking enough water do not poke your eyes if they are sore bathe them in hot water with a pinch of salt if persist get to your doctor
Hi,Just before you go to bed try drinking a pint of water.
you might have been sleep walking through strange demensions idk...maybe you should put ice on your eyes, if your mouth is dry then maybe you drool when you sleep. drink plently of water and go for walks in the mornings get some fresh air
You may have allergies. See a specialist.
