Answers:
I'm not sure what that is, but my friend use to get that sometimes too. It just went away eventually. It might have to do with migranes or heat exhaustion. Deffinitely talk to your doctor about it. It might be something minor, and it might be something serious. Either way, it's better to know than to ignore it. =)
Dehydration. My hubby has worked for 25 years resurfacing swimming pools. Classic signs of heat exhaustion: nausea/vomiting, headache, fatigue, muscle cramps, etc. Also you can't stand up quickly when you're in the sun..blood sugar is lower....

Make sure you eat (for blood sugar), drink gatorade (has lots of salt and electrolytes to retain water) and then drink water. Also - don't drink too fast when you're hot, you'll feel sick to your stomach. (happened to him today).

Be careful, heat exhaustion can quickly turn into heatstroke. Very dangerous...

I worry about him constantly in the summer when he's at work..

God bless...take care.
That's not good news.I don't know what could be causing it , but you should go to the doctor. you could have heat exhaustion or you could have low blood sugar.take care, and God bless
