Why does hot humid weather agrevate my sinuses and steam soothes them?

Question:
I don't think it's allergies. They only hurt when it's really hot and humid out.

Answers:
What makes your sinuses hurt is the relative barometric pressure - it's creating pressure that your blocked sinuses can't repond to.
It is the barometric pressure pushing on your sinus cavities, plus allergens floating in the heavy air,

that is why steam cleans it all out,,
Could be what is pollinating at that time that flares up your sinuses with out causing an allergic reaction
