whatever you take will get over in minutes. take a good supply of sterile cotton, gauze, liters and liters of antiseptic solution, drinking water, electrolyte powder, high energy ready-to-eat food, commonly available fluroquinolones should be enough.

Usually I carry a survival kit consisting of the following:
First aid tape roll, one tweezers, 1 scissors, few safety pins,
gauze roll bandages, antiseptic cleansing wipes, antibiotic ointment packs, burn relief pack, insect sting relief pack, gauze dressing pads, aspirin tablets, Ibuprofen tablets, halozen tablets;
and
Flashlights with batteries, 1 AM/FM radio with batteries, one face mask, 1 pair of leather gloves, several plastic waste bags, several chocolate (with nuts) food bars, one blanket, extra pair of boots, toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap and disposable towels.

I think your first aid kit should include the following-----------1.lots of sterilised bandage-rolls (2) a pair of scissors (3) an antiseptic solution preferably savlon/dottol (4) 100to 200 bandaids (5)burnol (6)some fluroquinolones, ubiquinone tablets etc.(7)enough electolyte powder(8)leucoplast tapes(9)slingsand(10) some calorigenic ready-2-eat foodlike chocholates. Lastly, whatever u do ,do it with a big smile on ur face.After all, the best 1st aid u can offer 2 a person is moral boost.
