Giardia lamblia, a protozoa, heads the list of water-borne germs that cause "the runs" and occurs often enough after wilderness trips to be dubbed "backpacker's diarrhea." After ingesting the little bugs, it takes one to three weeks, an average of nine days, before symptoms show up. Symptoms are among the most unpleasant of non-invasive diarrheas: loose and foul-smelling stools, cramps, rotten-egg burps, loss of energy, loss of appetite, loss of weight, and loss of people who once enjoyed your company. Antibiotic treatment is often indicated. (blood test can figure this one out if they tested you for it.)

have they tried taking a CT of ur abdomen? it kinda sounds like kidney stones-
I think you need to have your gall bladder checked out - Im serious okay?? this is the SAME thing that happend to me, and they never knew what was wrong, (ER visits 3 times or more a month) - until one day I went in with a hot gall bladder, needed to be removed...this kind of pain made me get on my hands and knees and rock, crying because the pain was too much for me to handle sometimes... most of my pain was in the upper right hand side of my abdominal cavity - but sometmes shot through the whole cavity...definatly have it checked out hon, it'll only get worse without removal if that is what it is.wish you the best of luck...research "hot gall bladder" symptoms online...hugsssss
Or gall bladder, or .?
Self diagnosis is not good when things are this bad. You need medical attention. Here are some things that you might want to do...
Call your local hospital. See if they have a financial assistance program. Based on your income, they will write off most, if not all, of your medical bills, including your current unpaid bills. They'll ask for income info and base it on that.
See if that hospital has a low-income medical clinic available. Get some names and numbers of specialists that you need, specifically either a gastroentenologist or an internist that work through that hospital. If they have a clinic, use that doctor to make your referrals to the specialists.
If they don't have a low income clinic, you'll need to find a local doctor that will help you to make payments on visits. Go see them ONE TIME in order for them to make a referral to the doctor you found through the hospital.
Keep at it until you get the help you need. Your kids need you to be in good shape to take care of them. Good Luck!
Blessings
