Answers:
you are already lucky genetically..why bother eat well ,see that your weight matches your height and you do not store fat early in life..difficult to shed later..play well any game sleep and have minmm stress..eat balanced food all in small qauntities..you surely do not to be taller than 'all girls'..this tall is good..you will grow till 18-19 age..more..
You will most likely grow a couple more inches but you can't tell how tall you are going to be at a certain time.
no way to predict how tall you'll be for sure, but genetics in your family shows you will be tall. Girls usually stop growing by the time they are 16 or 17.
you probably will grow taller seeing as how tall your family is unless you get your moms genes in that part...and then you may just b as tall as her. but probably u will grow taller. and idk aobut any of the other stuff sorry
sounds like me but ur lucky im 14 and shorter than u umm... i tried every thing to get taller i just sleep a lot and get tall lol
you being a female gene I would say not much taller, no. stand up and push ur toes to the floor and reflex your calf muscles after a few weeks you'll get an extra inch or two on growth.
i feel that if u want to grow more taller , u need to do streching excercises and take lots of calcium for bones. and most importand dont lift heavy weights.
i have seen people who have done weights and were below their parents avg height.
Remember abover are suggestions from my experience, they may not be ultimate solutions or the only answers.
u kno wat they say...drink more milk!
You may grow taller. Our height is the result of several factors, most importantly genetics. Diet, exercise, overall health, environment are also factors but negligible for most people in the US. Your family members are tall, you probably will match your mom's height. In my case, my mother was 5 feet 7, my father was 6 feet 1, and I was 5 feet 7 at 13. I'm still 5 feet 7, quite a few years later. (Oddly enough, all of my grandparents were short!) Follow a good diet, get a normal amount of exercise, take a multi-vitamin every day and never neglect good posture.
Since you are still within the growing age ,you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:
