Answers:
The following foods are a great source of fiber: beans (lentils, kidney, black beans, red beans, refried beans, lima beans, etc...), bananas, broccoli, spinach, figs, oatmeal, wheat, dates, blueberries, artichokes, split peas, prunes, raisins, peaches, barley, raspberries, brussel sprouts, carrots, potatoes, apples, pears, grapefruits, plums, cauliflower, cantaloupe, kale, brown rice, almonds, bran, walnuts, pistachio nuts, zucchini, bok choy, celery, collard greens, cabbage, avocados, etc...
I can't really name a ton of different ones...but I do know that apples and pears are high in fiber, so any fruit that is similar to those will probably be the same
Oatmeal is a must. High fiber and great for your cholesterol.
Bran, 100% whole wheat bread, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, green beans, okra, apples, oatmeal, peaches, popcorn, beans, and strawberries.

So basically all fruits and veggies with the skin left on.
i agree with wonderwall
