Im 5'4", 89 lbs. I have good muscle tone though.

And im 16 almost 17

I think you are under weight for your height. The weight/height scale is not important, what is important is your body fat percentages. A girl needs more body fat than a boy. I appreciate your muscle tone, but I still think you very likely are under weight. What is your BMI? Many girls with very low body fat do not menstruate which is not a sign of good health.

geez. uve gotta be soo skinny. im 14 almost 15, 5'5" and 98-and ppl say I'M super skinny. and im younger! but im not that skinny and im happy with how i look and its not like im starving myself or anything. im just not used to eating a lot. but, hey, im no expert.
