the old baking soda and vinegar routine was used all the time back in the 40s, 50s and 60's. We don't hear about it much anymore because there are so many other expensive treatments the drug companies tell us to buy. as long as she's doing it with the right proportions and not doing it too often, she'll probably be feeling better than most of us do.

Has she tried a whole fruit of papaya? I think with that and fiber containing food and lot of water will do the trick.
Yes it is true if used in the proper amounts. Apple cider vinegar will do it all by itself. It cleanses the body of toxins that come out through the urine. It is also used to lower blood pressure if used regularly over time. Only 2 teaspoons with a glass of water per day is sufficent. A teaspoon of baking soda taken with a glass of water will break up gas faster than any other medicine on the market. However you want to use discretion with the amount of baking soda you use because it contains a lot of sodium. If you desire to deficate more regularly, simply eat food high in fiber and your body will take care of the rest.
