Question:
For 3 years now, my nose has not been clear. I get the occasional runny nose from allergies and sinuses. But it is clogged up in both nostrils but not all the way. I can still breathe, but the airway in my nose is so small that I could not only breathe with my nose because I couldnt get enough oxygen. ABout once a year I have a clear nose for 3 seconds. thats it. Ive gone to the doctor. She didnt even do anything. What should I do? Im not sick, my nose is just stuffy for no reason and it is really effecting my life.

Get a neti pot. It's an all natural way of cleasing the nose/sinuses. I haven't had sinus problems since I got mine a few months ago.
Did you ask your doctor? If you didn't get a good answer, you should tell him/her "that answer tells me nothing". I'm not a doctor, but I'd suggest trying anti-histamines. They're available over the counter in pills. They should dry you up.
Swiching from mucus generating red meat and dairy products to white meat and soy milk would help. Fish is even better than chicken instead of red meat.
