headaches can be caused from alot of things, like alleriges, sinus problems, the weather, stress, tension headaches, low blood surgar, diabetes. there are so many things that can give u a headache. are u allergic to anything?
They are usually caused by stress. If medicine hasn't helped try taking a warm relaxing bath at night before bed time with lots of bath saltz then when you get ready to get out take your time getting out. If you still have problems with headaches you then you may need to see a doctor.
Specifacally a head ache is the result of high blood pressure to the vessels in the brain. The highblood pressure make blood vessels in the brain expand and causing pressure and stress.
