Question:
Who can help me with this idea that could potential remove a lot of people from the trauma of being relient on a kidney dialisis machine. There are lots of people out there who would give up a kidney for love of close family if they were compatible, so what is so wrong with paying for a compatible kidney from this proposed world kidney register where in many case's a substancial payment could make a big difference to the lives of the doner and family.
I realy want to make this happen and would welcombe any input or suggestion from interested persons.

I too have always wondered about this. Why should compatability stop you? Why should you have to pay for this service though? It should be a national organization. like organ exchange program. government funded
