I dont really reccomend it, you never know what your gunna get, that is if you get it. You might not get it, you might get something else, or you might get something thats underdosed, you never know.
Phertermine alone wont do much anyways. It might give you a little energy and help you eat less, but in reality, what makes you lose weight, is yoru diet and exercise. Theres plenty of people who take phentermine and dont lose any weight, why? Because they dont watch their diet, and they dont exercise. Thats what it really comes down to. You need to know how to do it because once you get to the weight you want, how are your gunna stay there? Most people dont understand that its a lifestyle change, and not something thats just temporary. Even after you lose the weight, you always have to watch what you eat, and you always have to exercise.
