why don't you call the studio where you had the piercing done and ask them what this is and why it's happening and if there is any need for concern... I think that better than taking random answers.

That shouldn't happen. You got an infection from a bad piercing, or else they did it on the wrong spot.
Depending the color of the liquid it could be and infection if it is yellow, green or bloody. If it is clear then it is not an infection that is the normal process of healing its called serous fluid and most injuries, piercings, and incisions have that.
