Why does my leg hurt inside when I run, below the knee, inside, the bone maybe?

Question:
I haven't run in a while. but im joining the navy. I started running, but my right leg, right inside somewhere has been aching. Is it the bone or muscle? Do I need more calcium or exercise. Any advice is appreciated.

Answers:
You might have splints. Usually it happens in both legs, but I suppose it's possible to happen to only one. Anyway, I dont know exactly how splints work, exactly, and I'm not pretending to be any big medical expert. Just a thought. Good luck in the Navy.
