Are longer or shorter periods supposed to be healthier?

Question:
Mine lasts for 8 days

Answers:
Neither is actually better or worse. What is important is that you do not see a dramatic change in what is "normal" for you. If your periods are unusually long or heavy, it can lead to anemia.

If someone is lucky enough to have light, short periods they may be lucky, but not really more healthy.

8 days is on the high end of average. What matters is the amount of blood loss you experience during those 8 days.
It's not a matter of which is healthier as we woman are all different. My periods lasted a week.
