yes they can, so can getting some friends!
yes, i think so. especially B vitamins. Take a B-complex, try to get some exercise or at least distraction.
They probably don't help a great deal for more serious disorders. Maybe there are local programs/clinics that will help get prescriptions or counseling if one really needs it.
But to tell you frankly ,Multivitamin can help you only to some extent. You can use Nutrilite Salmon Omega-3 & Syberian Zingsang. I am nutritional consultant myself.
You definitely will need good Pschotherapist if it is acute depression. But more than that you need positive metal Attitude.
