Is this a problem?


Question:
For as long as I can remember, I've walked only on the balls of my feet when barefoot. It's an unconscious thing, and I can stop if I think about it, but always eventually end up going back. I can walk and run normally with shoes on, but it's very different without. My brother is the only other person I've ever seen do it.
Is this a bad thing?

yes. it can mess up the alignment with your legs if you do it to much.
You are doing your legs and their joints good by walking on your balls of your feet. Less shock to them and you will give your step some spring to it. Plus your caves will be better defined witch will give you better looking legs. Has nothing to do with the alignment of your legs.
