What can I do to make my feces smaller?

Should I eat more fiber, or less fiber, or drink more liquids, or what?

Answers:
By eating more fiber , your feces will move along quicker there fore be smaller..Also drink at least 6 , 8 oz glasses of water a day. If that doesn't help buy Activia and eat it everyday..It will take 3 days for any of these things to work so be patient and good luck.
Why would you want to do that? Eat less fiber.
the food still has to come out. if it sits inside of you you'll just get sick, constipated, bloated etc. & then you'll be complaing of another "problem".
are you saying you go too often or that when you go that the "size" is just "large"?
I wouldn't complain, at least it comes out... lots of people have issues just getting it to come out.
There isn't really any way to make them smaller other than eating less. If they're really big and hurting you or plugging up the toilet, I'd suggest eating more fiber and drinking more to make you poop more often (more often=smaller poop, provided you aren't eating tons more food in this effort) as long as it won't interfere with work or anything.
If you're having trouble passing stools...try a stool softener and drink more water.
More fiber and more water.
