Ok this might sound either gross or weird! But I need help!?

Typically vomit contains small amounts of stomach acid--which is very very strong! Your stomach has a special lining to protect you from it, but your throat doesn't. That's why it burned. Drinking something diluted it and sent it back into your stomach. It will not cause any permanent problem.
I don't think it had anything to do with anything in the store.
EDIT: Oh, and you probably don't have any kind of disease or condition, as has been suggested. If this doesn't happen a lot, something probably just triggered a stomach reflex.
Probably stomach acid.
It was probably the stomach acid from the vomit.
Maybe it was whatever you ate earlier. Perhaps it didn't agree with your stomach (even if it didn't hurt) and your stomach pushed some of it back up. Sounds gross but it happens.
stomach acid usually burns in peoples throats; thats where acid reflex comes from. If it happens again you should probably consult your doctor just to be safe. Hope you feel better!! =] ♥
You probably have a very common disease called Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease or GERD. If this happens often (once a week or more) your doctor can give you a medication to reduce the amount of stomach acid your belly produces and it will help you not vomit up in your mouth so much.
It sounds similar to acid reflux if it continues to happen I would see a doctor.
Yeah! Stomach ACID, for sure! Think about it! It's acidic for a reason! The stomach acid assists in the initial breaking down of the food we eat as part of the digestive process.
Sounds like it came upon you all of a sudden! Acid reflux is becoming more and more common these days, what with our hectic and stress-filled life-styles, eating on the run and poor eating habits. As said above, if this happens to you again, go see a doctor about it! It's very treatable!
That has happened to me before. I'm sure it wasn't anything in the store. When it happened to me,my dad had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night and I went to bed hungry that night,so when my stomach hurt I thought it was just because I was hungry. But when we got there it kept feeling worse and worse and eventually I ran to the bathroom and threw up. And after that my throat hurt so bad. I dealed with it all the way home then went back to bed. And the next morning it felt fine and I didn't get sick or anything.
As the first person said , stomach acid. but if you want a definate anwser go to your doctor because he/she should know all about this kinda of stuff. They may even find you a way to prevent it.
