yea I wonder why that is - more men than women? seems strange to me.
i dont know the exact stats, but i seem to think more men have it than women, but not because they sleep around more, but because a male can get it from intercourse with a female OR a male, whereas its harder for a woman to get it from just another woman, get it?
it is easy to pass from one male to another. this is why. about ten or twenty years ago, it was just becoming known and it was often associated with the gay community. (some called it "the gay cancer"). however, it can be passed in any form (just that the two male form of passing it is more likely).
