What could these symptoms mean?

These symptoms could mean anything from a simple allergy to something more serious. You don't just need to be tested for a fragrance allergy ... you need to see a doctor and have an examination and some blood tests. THAT is the place to start to find out what is actually wrong.
A doctor needs to make this diagnosis based on some actual data of what's going on in your body. And... please ... don't put off going. Maybe it's nothing, but don't take chances with your health.
either you have an infection of some sort, as seeing the lymph nodes in your axillary (underarm) region are sore or you are allergic to a fragrence.
It sounds like allergies except for the lumps, that is kida scary. You need to get that checked out right away.
i know of a great website called webmd where you can track
you're symptoms and get a definitive list of possible diseases
It is most probably allergies. The sore underarms (lymph nodes) is probably an allergic reaction. You may be allergic to more than just fragrances. You didn't state your age; many times teens grow out of allergies. Hang in there!
if the lumps are just under your arms maybe it your deodorant
Sounds like you have problems with your sinuses. An sinus infection would cause all of those symptoms, the lumps under your arms would be swollen lymphnodes and you may find some more swollen lymphs on the sides of your neck on either side of your throat. Best luck would be to see an othorhinolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor). An allergy test is also a good route to go.
you could be dieing
You seem to be a Kapha (mucous) body type and allergic to fragrances. In any case, I would suggest you do not take drugs like cetrizine or other synthetic anti-allergics for your problem, even if you are evaluated positive for allergy to fragrance. Try some mild and herbal alternatives to allergies. You can also contact some Ayurveda or Indian traditional medicine experts.
