I have this BIG lump in my throat where boys' adams apples are. it doesn't look like an adams apple, more like a brownie is lodged in my throat. I'm not a guy, and i get made fun of a lot for it. Is it my tonsils? oh yeah and, how do i know if i need my tonsils taken out?

Go to your primary care physician. From your description, it may be your thyroid gland. Please don't ignore it. Please.
You need to get your thyroid tested. It sounds like you might have a goiter. It can be benign, or it can be serious, so get it checked out. I had a small goiter, my thyroid wasn't functioning properly, so I'm an a prescription for it, it was really easy to correct. Go to the doctor!
i would get that checked out because that seems more like a gland issue or a thyroid issue. your glands are typically on the sides of your neck where as the thyroid is in the middle. your thyroid could be enlarged.
