Is it ok that i accidently swallowed a orthodontist band uses on braces?

You mean the teeny rubber band right? Yeah, it's okay, I swallowed one before by accident. Just drink water afterwards or else you're going to feel a big round clump (something similar to a mini-donut) in your throat.
