ok. to stay awake, you must drink coffee, about five cups and you'll stay awake for about twelve more hours. this is unhealthy though, because too much caffeine may result to abnormal body functioning... you may also drink a liter of cola to stay awake and you will have an ulcer the other day... staying awake is a bad practice so do not do everything i said repeatedly every week
emm... find somethign thats not boring, and you'll be good :D
coffee may also help (a bit)
dont watch tv lying on a sofa, i gaurentee youd fall asleep in near 30 minutes ,lol.
